2. Subscriber Conduct

• Spamming is strictly prohibited. Sending unsolicited bulk messages may result in account termination.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they share. Content must not:
  • Violate third-party rights.
  • Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal material.

Violations may result in account termination and potential legal action.

3. Registration & Profile Data

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• PS reserves the right to use aggregated user data for providing targeted advertisements and improving services.

4. Privacy Policy

• PS respects your privacy and will not disclose private messages or contact details unless required by law.
• Optional contact book data is collected only to connect you with family members.
• Collected phone numbers are used for user verification and notifications.

5. Personal Use & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of your account is your sole responsibility.

6. Indemnification

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Premium Matrimony Membership payments and online ads are generally non-refundable.
• Refund disputes can be submitted to contact@parivarsetu.com with:
  • Registered mobile number.
  • Payment date.
  • Refund reason.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

13. Shipping & Delivery

• Premium Matrimony Membership: Activated within 24 hours of payment.
• Online ads: Displayed as per the scheduled timeline.

14. Miscellaneous

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
